Job summary

EKHO Infrastructure Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support daily maintenance and welding activities in a heavy industrial facility. You will work under the Plant Manager, supervising the maintenance team, assigning work, and acting as a technical resource for helpers.

The role requires 4+ years in maintenance/fabrication/welding, the ability to read blueprints, and a strong mechanical aptitude. The environment is physically demanding with PPE provided, and travel is minimal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 4+ years of Maintenance, fabrication, and/or welding experience in a manufacturing or precast environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability.
• Demonstrated ability to guide workflow and support team members in a shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Complies with and actively promotes all company Health & Safety rules.
• Reports safety deficiencies or hazards to ensure timely correction.
• Adheres to all company procedures and work instructions for maintenance and operations.
• Ensures proper tools are used and reports non-conformances to the Management Department.
• Maintains accountability for maintenance schedules and productivity of the assigned team members.
• Completes and submits all required shift documentation.
• Ensures work is completed in accordance with specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Reports on maintenance issues promptly to the Plant Manager and/or QC Manager with timeline and costs.
