Job summary

EKHO Infrastructure Solutions in the United States is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to support daily maintenance and welding activities within our facility. You will work under the Plant Manager to ensure work is completed accurately, safely, and aligned with production schedules.

You will provide day-to-day guidance, assign tasks, and serve as a technical resource for maintenance team members and helpers, while maintaining equipment, tools, and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 4+ years of maintenance, fabrication, and/or welding experience in a manufacturing or precast environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Demonstrated ability to guide workflow and support team members in a shop environment.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Complies with and actively promotes all company Health & Safety rules.
• Immediately reports safety deficiencies or hazards to ensure timely correction.
• Adheres to all company procedures and work instructions for maintenance and operations.
• Ensures proper tools are used and reports non-conformances to the Management Department.
• Maintains accountability for maintenance schedules and productivity of the assigned team members.
• Completes and submits all required shift documentation.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with specifications, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Reports on maintenance issues promptly to the Plant Manager and or QC Manager and is able to give a detailed timeline of the anticipated repairs and associated costs.
• Trains and supports other employees as needed
• Operates small scale equipment as required.
• Maintains conveyors, hoppers, pits, and related equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Ensures all tools are returned to proper locations after use.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.
