Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Weekend Night Shift (Fri–Sun, 4:30PM–5AM) in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will lead a skilled team responsible for reliability, safety, and uptime across critical production equipment.

You will partner with operations, engineering, quality, and safety to drive maintenance strategies, optimize performance, and support capital projects while developing talent and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Manufacturing/Industrial Technology or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance, manufacturing or industrial experience.
• Previous supervisory or people-management experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across shifts and support weekend operations as needed.
