In this role, you’ll guide a team of production employees, ensuring work is executed efficiently, safely, and on schedule to meet customer commitments and operational goals.

You’ll balance people leadership with operational excellence—driving performance, optimizing resources, and strengthening a culture built on safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
• Supervise, train, and assign work to production employees
• Monitor and achieve KPIs including safety, delivery, and productivity
• Schedule work, track progress, and adjust priorities as needed
• Address production, technical, and logistics challenges
• Analyze performance data to improve operations and reduce rework

Compliance and Operations

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines
• Manage timekeeping and maintain accurate employee records
• Coach team members, resolve conflicts, and build engagement

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years manufacturing experience; OR associate degree with 4+ years; OR high school diploma/GED with 8+ years
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
