Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking an apartment maintenance professional to support residents and maintain property grounds and systems. You will handle service requests, uphold a high standard of customer service, and collaborate with a team to ensure a safe, well-kept living environment.

Experience in apartment maintenance is preferred; EPA or CPO certification is a plus. A valid driver's license is required, and the role offers extensive benefits including medical, PTO, holidays, and growth

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
