Job summary

Pegasus Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance efforts at a residential property. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident service, supervising maintenance tasks, and coordinating preventative upkeep across HVAC, plumbing, and general repairs.

The position requires prioritizing safety, timely responses to residents, and maintaining equipment and work areas. EPA or CPO certification is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required.

• Experience in a supervisory role or desire to step into one.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and provide excellent customer service to residents.
• Complete resident and property service requests.
• Oversee maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance including pool and exterior lighting inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and inventory tools and supplies.

Responsibilities And Job Requirements

• "Own" your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience with skills such as:
  • HVAC, painting, plumbing,
  • Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
  • Drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
