Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a dedicated on-site property care professional in Valdosta, GA to provide exceptional resident service and manage standard property maintenance tasks. You will handle resident requests, assist with pool, grounds, and appliance upkeep, and develop leadership capabilities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

Experience in managing resident or property service requests.
Ability to supervise or grow into supervisory responsibilities.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
EPA or CPO certification a plus.

Responsibilities

Own your role at the property and deliver excellent resident service.
Complete resident and property service requests.
Pursue supervisory opportunities and lead by example.
Assist with pool maintenance, grounds, and appliance upkeep.
Respond promptly to resident requests and maintain safety standards.
Maintain a clean work area and inventory of supplies.
