Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, lead Maintenance Technicians, and ensure equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency. The role bridges hands-on work with management strategy and requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include planning work orders, coordinating preventive maintenance, ensuring OSHA compliance, conducting inspections, and collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• At least 2 years in leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of Maintenance Technicians.
• Plan, assign, and prioritize maintenance work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance in all maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams to minimize downtime.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
• Maintain maintenance logs and reports for accuracy.
• Assist in developing schedules, tracking KPIs, and identifying improvements.
• Train and evaluate Technicians to uphold safety and teamwork.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors as needed.
