Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Supervisor, Maintenance to manage factory, building, and office maintenance, driving productivity while meeting schedules and controlling costs.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, safety compliance, and the ability to improve maintenance processes. A four-year maintenance background or a higher-level associate degree with related experience is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a maintenance related field is required.
• 4 years maintenance operations experience or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED with 6 years maintenance experience accepted.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule and delegate work; supervise department to maximize productivity at minimum cost.
• Study, document, control and improve maintenance processes for higher productivity and lower costs.
• Maintain budgetary goals and monitor expenses.
• Manage maintenance of existing equipment and plan installation of new equipment.
• Establish a preventive maintenance system and define performance standards.
• Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Perform supervisory responsibilities per company policies and laws.
