Job summary

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Experience in coordinating maintenance with operations teams.
• Strong communication and supervisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment to company standards, including heavy equipment and hydraulics.
• Follow preventative maintenance schedules and keep accurate records.
• Provide inventory updates to reduce downtime and coordinate with foreman.
• Ensure DOT-compliant trailer inspections and OSHA/ANSI safety compliance.
• Lead and support maintenance team, document capital expenditures as needed.
• Work with operators and production personnel to facilitate pours and minimize downtime.
