Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance at our Sugar Land properties. You will manage day-to-day repairs, coordinate apartment turns, and ensure high-quality service that supports resident retention and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, performing select trades, overseeing vendor work, and maintaining safety and EPA compliance while contributing to the budget and preventive maintenance program.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in building operations.
• Strong communication with residents and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service calls promptly per policy.
• On-call service as determined by Property Manager.
• Schedule all apartment turns within 3–5 business days.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and masonry repairs.
• Maintain common areas and pool/Jacuzzi areas.
• Inspect and approve work of outside contractors.
• Maintain required logs and EPA compliance.
