Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide skilled on-site maintenance for our residential community. You will work with the Maintenance Supervisor to perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repairs and turnover tasks.

You will ensure cleanliness and safety across common areas and resident units. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, maintaining inventories, and responding to resident needs with high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating, and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion.
• Common area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash disposal, and cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for roof, siding, shutters and related issues.
• Assist with preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Ensure safety and proper operation of equipment and structures.
• Maintain inventory by recording new tools and equipment.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Observe all safety rules and procedures.
