Job summary

Nestlé USA in Cleveland is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure efficient plant operations across manufacturing, processing, packaging and utilities. The role includes mentoring maintenance and operations teams, driving loss elimination and TPM-based improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Primary responsibilities cover equipment reviews, downtime reduction, and implementing best maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of production equipment maintenance.
• Direct experience in management of mechanics for the maintenance of equipment.
• Some knowledge of utilities and facility equipment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide the factory to reduce technical stoppages in equipment or areas of common occurrence.
• Review all lines, processes, and utilities essential to the business and those where failure impacts safety, food safety, or compliance.
• Monitor plant/equipment trends to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
• Lead the documentation for equipment history, damage code and root cause analysis.
• Train and guide Factory SMEs in implementing NCE Reliability program.
