Job summary

JLL seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled trades team and optimize facility operations at stamping sites. You will coordinate with OEMs, manage maintenance plans in Corrigo/Maximo, and push continuous improvement to maximize uptime and safety.

This role requires hands-on leadership and strong communication across shifts. The position emphasizes TPM, MOC/Safety process adherence, and cost-conscious maintenance in a represented labor environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial facility.
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a represented worker environment.
Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, motors, pumps, piping, electrical and general repair.
Excellent written and oral communication skills across audiences.
High School Diploma or equivalent with demonstrated leadership progression.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Mechanical and Electrical Tradesmen within bargaining framework.
Manage vendor relationships with OEMs and service providers, ensuring KPI alignment.
Oversee work order management and preventive maintenance prioritization using CMMS.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical control systems on critical lab equipment.
Deliver rapid disruption reporting and coordinate shutdown planning with stakeholders.
Support TPM and GMS processes to drive continuous improvement metrics.
Lead safety initiatives including pre-task planning and incident monitoring.
