Job summary

JLL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Pontiac, MI to lead a skilled team of mechanical and electrical trades, optimize preventative maintenance, and coordinate with OEM providers to deliver high-quality maintenance services. This hands-on leadership role focuses on uptime, safety, and cost efficiency.

The position operates within a represented labor environment, leveraging CMMS workflows (Corrigo/Maximo) and TPM methodologies to drive continuous improvement and align with department goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial facility.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience managing maintenance personnel in a represented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Mechanical and Electrical Tradesmen within the JLL/UAW framework.
• Manage vendor relationships with OEMs and service providers, ensuring compliance with MOC and SCM processes.
