Madison Communities in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance across our multifamily properties. You’ll manage a maintenance team, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure safety, quality, and timely service for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.

• Recruit, train, and supervise a skilled maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure the smooth operation of maintenance activities.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance needs to minimize disruptions for residents.
• Lead by example to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and construction.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve challenges.
• EPA Certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification (required).
• Strong supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a resident-focused mindset.
