Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee safety, maintenance planning, and daily operations in our manufacturing facility. You will schedule and direct the maintenance workforce, coordinate with engineering and production management, and ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.

The role requires at least two years of manufacturing experience, willingness to work shift flexibility, and the ability to manage reports, budgets, and training sessions.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate; college preferred.
• Two years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
• Must be willing to work extended hours, weekends, or other shifts if required.
• Must keep a professional appearance.
• Must maintain a good performance and attendance record.
• Must be physically and mentally capable of handling exerting and/or stressful situations.
• Must be able to conduct and participate in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees understand and abide by safety rules, regulations and policies.
• Maintain safe and sanitary working conditions in the facility per Company standards and laws.
• Investigate all accidents and near misses and address root causes.
• Direct maintenance organization to ensure uninterrupted facility operation.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee maintenance labor and work orders for timely completion.
• Coordinate maintenance with Facilities Engineering and Plant Production management.
• Develop and review preventive maintenance procedures with Facilities Engineering.
• Audit maintenance performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Publish monthly maintenance activity and expenditure reports; prepare annual maintenance budget.
• Maintain safe, clean, and orderly facilities under control.

Education
