Job summary
Air Products is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Port Arthur, TX facility. This role leads the maintenance team, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational efficiency while coordinating activities across Port Arthur and Westlake campuses.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in petrochemicals or manufacturing with maintenance/operations, a technical degree, and strong leadership and SAP skills. On-site role with veteran-friendly culture and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Degree in technical trade or military technical training is a plus.
- 5+ years in a petrochemical or manufacturing environment with maintenance/operations roles.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills are critical.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance activities at Port Arthur and Westlake facilities.
- Lead and mentor maintenance technicians and front-line supervisors.
- Drive safety, reliability, and production impact in maintenance decisions.
- Prioritize and schedule daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance work.
- Collaborate with operations and planning to ensure readiness and efficient labor use.
- Support budgeting, cost control, and capital project recommendations.
