Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in industrial or heavy industrial environments.
• Strong heavy mechanical project management background.
• Experience managing complex projects involving mechanical systems, equipment, installations, and industrial construction.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, contractors, and resources.
• Strong understanding of industrial construction processes and project execution.
• Experience in refinery, petrochemical, oil and gas facilities preferred.
• Leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the Port Arthur, TX area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage heavy mechanical projects from initial planning through execution and completion.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Review project plans, drawings, schedules, estimates, and technical documentation.
• Provide regular project updates, progress reports, and budget forecasts to leadership.
• Resolve project challenges and proactively address schedule, cost, and resource constraints.
• Drive accountability and maintain strong communication across all project teams.
