The Maintenance Supervisor will offer leadership, direction, and mentorship to the Maintenance Team while encouraging a skilled, continuously improving, and high-performing workforce. This role is passionate about safety, equipment integrity, reliability, and operational efficiency to support Air Products' business objectives. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating all maintenance activities at the Port Arthur and Westlake facilities. This role is accountable for the safety, performance, and development of the Maintenance Technicians and reports directly to the Area Maintenance Superintendent.
