Job summary

Air Products Baytown II is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead daily plant operations, safety, and environmental compliance at the Baytown II facility. You will manage budget planning, cost review, and training of operations technicians, maintenance technicians, and contractors.

Ideal candidates possess a BS in Engineering or 5+ years in a similar plant role, with strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with SAP/Enablon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.
• Strong safety, environmental, and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Baytown II site with a focus on safety and reliability.
• Oversee budget planning, cost reviews and daily plant activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance, contractors and regional engineers to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Develop annual budget and monitor monthly costs.
• Mentor and develop site personnel and drive continuous improvement.
