Job summary

Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a Terminal Maintenance Supervisor in a DOT-regulated terminal to lead maintenance activities, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and drive efficient operations at the La Porte facility.

You will supervise technicians, oversee inspection and repair of pumps, tanks, and cryogenic equipment, and maintain DOT-compliant records while coordinating downtime and budgets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; diesel tech certification preferred.
• 3–5 years in a DOT regulated terminal, transportation, or industrial facility.
• Strong knowledge of DOT/FMCSA/FRA/OSHA regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel on DOT regulated equipment.
• Ensure DOT compliance with FMCSA, FRA, and HAZMAT standards.
• Oversee inspection, maintenance, and repair of terminal equipment.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs aligned with DOT requirements.
• Maintain DOT compliant documentation and records.
• Track spending and work orders; report to management.
• Coordinate near-miss and events; support emergency response.
