Qualifications

• Demonstrated commitment to safety practices.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Maintenance experience with leadership experience.
• 10 years of electrical experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities and ensure safety compliance.
• Coach and mentor maintenance personnel and coordinate across departments.
• Coordinate planned, scheduled, and non-routine work with planners.
• Manage budgets, costs, and maintenance resources efficiently.
