Job summary

GEOTEK is seeking a Crew Lead to direct daily production activities on the Stewartville, MN, shift. You will oversee the team, ensure proper run setup, meet production metrics, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

The role involves supervising safety, quality, and productivity, maintaining run records, and driving improvements. Sign-on bonuses and competitive hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Ability to properly prioritize and pay close attention to details.
• Able to read and write the English language.
• Mechanically inclined and able to read a tape measure.
• Able to work and lead with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Strong emphasis on quality, productivity, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily supervision of the production crew.
• Ensure crews follow standard operating procedures & Work Instructions.
• Coordinate exchanging setups on the machine.
• Identify problems and cost savings solutions in the production process.
• Actively participate in department process improvement and efficiency.
• Prepare finished products for secondary operations.
• Monitor and/or mix resin and coatings.
• Develop and train co-workers.
