Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong maintenance technical skills and leadership experience.
- Ability to understand electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance operations for safe, reliable manufacturing equipment and facilities.
- Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Supervise and coach maintenance personnel to promote safety and teamwork.
- Monitor maintenance metrics and work orders to improve asset reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and maintenance standards.
