Royal American Companies is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our City Vista property in Pompano Beach, FL. The role focuses on preserving the property, ensuring safety, and maintaining compliance with OSHA standards in daily operations.

Under direct supervision of the Community Manager, you will supervise maintenance staff, conduct hazard assessments, perform repairs, and coordinate with vendors to keep the property in top condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire/promotion is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policy.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs.
• Inspect units, buildings and common areas; address repairs and janitorial tasks.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff and service requests.
• Provide training to colleagues and ensure compliance with contracts.
