Job summary

Royal American Companies is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to oversee preservation and upkeep of the The Point at Piney Z property in Tallahassee, FL. This role requires strict adherence to OSHA standards, strong attendance and communication, and the ability to build lasting relationships with residents and vendors.

Under direct supervision of the Community Manager, you will perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and on-call tasks, including evenings and weekends,

Qualifications

• Must follow OSHA standards and company safety policy.
• Strong attendance and communication skills.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with residents, vendors and team.
• Willingness to learn safety procedures and operate within regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on property and equipment.
• Inspect and repair building components per standards and codes.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on maintenance planning and safety.
• Document maintenance activities and safety checks for records.
• Assist in custodial tasks and oversee on-site safety during shifts.
