Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college; minimum 3 years in related field or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Foundational business acumen: contracts, billing models, finance, relationships
• Planner/scheduler experience is ideal

Responsibilities

• Manages the Site Safety Program and ensures policies are followed
• Leads OS understanding, reinforcement and embedding
• Mentors/coaches employees regarding career planning and training
• Reviews work orders and schedules; drives continuous improvement
• Communicates priorities and equipment status to customers and team
