You will oversee technician performance, schedule work orders, and ensure equipment reliability.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and collaboration with operations to meet production goals while upholding ATS standards and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college with 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software.
• Desirable KSAs: Planner/scheduler experience.

Responsibilities

• Live and lead safety within the site and safety policies.
• Drive 5S housekeeping standards.
• Lead employee safety and Beyond Zero initiatives.
• Develop and communicate site strategies; support change with clear guidance.
• Own and reinforce the Operating System across maintenance activities.
• Mentor and coach employees; manage performance and development.
• Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling; support cost control and efficiency.
