Advanced Technology Services (ATS) seeks an experienced Site Safety Manager for our Pontiac, IL operation. The role leads the safety program, champions Beyond Zero initiatives, and partners with site leaders to embed safety into daily work.

You will mentor staff, monitor maintenance metrics, and coordinate with the customer on priorities. Strong communication, CMMS, and business acumen are essential. ATS offers comprehensive benefits and a growth‑focused culture.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college with at least 3 years of related experience.
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software.
• Foundational business acumen (contracts and customer business, negotiation, billing, financial basics).
• Planner/scheduler experience ideal.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the Site Safety Program and ensures policies are followed by employees.
• Demonstrates leadership for employee safety and wellness through Beyond Zero initiatives.
• Develops and communicates site-level and company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Supports change and ensures effective implementation of new processes and procedures.
• Leads and embeds the Operating System and measures maintenance performance indicators.
• Communicates priorities and equipment status to the customer to sustain a positive relationship.
• Manages expenses and approves overtime; reviews work orders and schedules.
