We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our 280-unit community, Terracina Gold I & II, in Sacramento, CA. The role reports to the Community Manager and involves a Monday-Friday schedule with some flexibility for overtime, weekends, and emergencies. The salary ranges from $30 to $32 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor maintains the community's physical integrity, ensuring safety and security for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving property issues and implementing preventative maintenance procedures to protect the investment and promote resident satisfaction.

Required Skills:

• At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment maintenance.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
