Magna International's Cosma Michigan facility is seeking an experienced Maintenance/Facilities Manager with a mechanical or electrical engineering background. You will supervise maintenance teams, coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality and uptime.

The role requires strong robotics (Fanuc) and PLC (Allen-Bradley) knowledge, along with 5+ years in automotive manufacturing and 3+ years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Completion of college/university degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive manufacturing with at least 3 years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of robotics (Fanuc), PLCs (Allen-Bradley) and electrical systems.
• Proficient in MS Office and manufacturing ERP/MES systems.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate preventative and predictive maintenance with maintenance group and production planning.
• Lead daily/weekly/monthly PM schedules and monitor adherence.
• Direct and distribute work for the maintenance area and strive for safety and efficiency.
• Participate in capacity planning, manpower scheduling, and budget targets.
• Maintain documentation, safety programs, and adherence to ISO/OSH standards.
