Qualifications

• 1-3 years in mechanical / automation machine repair with troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics and blueprints.
• English proficiency; bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform startup/shutdown, changeovers, and PMs on robotic/electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot pneumatics, robots, and dispense systems; update logs in CMMS.
• Tackle PLC programs, hydraulics, servo drives, and vision systems at higher levels.
• Read schematics/prints, replace components, and calibrate equipment.
• Support engineering design, training, and continuous improvement projects.
