Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree in maintenance related discipline is required.
• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory leadership experience within packaging industry required.
• 3+ years of mechanical or electrical maintenance experience required.
• Working knowledge of maintenance techniques and equipment (pumps, valves, motors, gear boxes).
• Strong safety mindset and ability to enforce safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to maximize plant and equipment uptime.
• Coach and develop craftsmen to follow preferred maintenance practices.
• Troubleshoot equipment to mitigate downtime and plan repairs.
• Monitor inventory orders and control storeroom spend within budget.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and corporate rules.
