Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, reliability programs, and preventive maintenance initiatives.
• Lead maintenance craftsmen in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
• Enforce safety, environmental and regulatory standards in maintenance operations.
• Plan, supervise, and evaluate maintenance work to follow best practices and use current technologies.
• Monitor KPIs such as safety, reliability, uptime, and cost to identify improvements.
• Manage maintenance inventory and storeroom operations within budget targets.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on reliability, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Foster development through leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Create a high-performance maintenance culture aligned with company objectives.
