Job summary

Smurfit Westrock plc is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Kentucky to oversee the maintenance team and ensure production equipment availability. You will be responsible for day-to-day plant maintenance, managing systems, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing effective manufacture.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day to day maintenance of the plant.
• Ensures that the maintenance team supports both preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
• Manages all maintenance systems including repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections.
