MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repair at Village at Desert Lakes in Las Vegas, NV. You will manage maintenance staff, supervise repairs, and ensure timely responses to resident requests.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years as a Maintenance Supervisor, experience with 150+ units, and a strong multitasking and safety mindset. Valid driver's license required and you must be a team player.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor preferred.
• Must have maintenance experience with at least 150 units.
• Must have experience in all trades.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Must be a team player with a superior customer service attitude.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and performing or delegating minor and routine maintenance
• Overseeing and inspecting work performed by maintenance staff
• Managing system for handling resident service requests
• Assisting manager in coordinating and directing the maintenance staff and scheduling of maintenance personnel
• Conducting regularly scheduled safety meetings
• Maintaining accurate records regarding preventive maintenance requests and expenditures
• Coordinating or performing equipment maintenance and more!
