Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or technical certification in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing.
  • 2+ years in a supervisory, lead, or maintenance planning role.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  • Experience with CMMS tools such as SAP PM or eMaint.
  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements and LOTO practices.

  • Lead, coach, and support maintenance technicians across disciplines.
  • Coordinate daily work assignments and ensure quality, timely execution.
  • Partner with production to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
  • Use CMMS/EAM systems to manage work orders, backlog, and asset data.
  • Support reliability programs including root cause analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean, TPM, or RCM principles.
  • Manage spare parts, maintenance costs, and vendor coordination.
