Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. seeks a Maintenance Engineer to power operational excellence by solving complex technical challenges and improving plant equipment performance. You will collaborate across engineering, production, HSE, and quality to deliver reliable, efficient, and sustainable operations.

You will engage in continuous improvement, apply data-driven decision making, and support safety, quality, and productivity goals while ensuring equipment performs at its best on the production floor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or process environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem solving.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office tools.
  • Effective communication skills and flexibility to support varied shifts.
