EMBREY invites applications for a Maintenance Supervisor at Oxbow Residences in Englewood, CO. You will lead the maintenance team, manage budgets, coordinate vendor contracts, and ensure timely completion of work orders.

The role requires proven property maintenance experience, 3 years in a supervisory role, HVAC certification, and a valid driver's license. Compensation is $36–$38 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance.
• 3 years’ experience as a manager/supervisor.
• HVAC certified.
• Pool certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure maintenance team compliance and safety.
• Improve workflows and reduce costs.
• Lead and retain quality team members.
• Review and delegate work orders weekly.
• Monitor budget variances and control costs.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and property inspections.
• Inspect HVAC units during turnovers and perform diagnostics.
• Open communication with team and report to Community Manager.
• Complete tasks and projects as needed.
