Qualifications

• Proven experience in Property Maintenance.
• Three years’ experience as a Manager/Supervisor.
• HVAC certified; pool certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance within the maintenance team and budgets.
• Improve processes and drive cost efficiencies.
• Lead and train maintenance staff and retain quality team members.
• Review work orders, delegate tasks, and close completed jobs.
• Schedule regular maintenance, inspect HVAC units, and coordinate vendor contracts.
• Stay current with certifications and EMBREY University training.
