Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Tucson, AZ to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and manage service requests to meet resident and property standards.

You will supervise a maintenance team, monitor safety, preserve curb appeal, and control costs within the property budget, while mentoring staff and coordinating with the property manager on emergencies and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations at the property.
• Ensure compliance with Avenue5 policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Review service requests and ensure timely completion to standards.
