Job summary
Coalition Technologies in Carson is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to support daily production equipment and facility systems. You will oversee preventive maintenance activities, assist in supervising maintenance tasks, and help coordinate repairs for CNC machines, compressors, forklifts, and related assets.
The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to schedule and track PM programs to minimize downtime and maximize
Qualifications
- Experience supervising maintenance for production machinery.
- Ability to coordinate preventive maintenance programs.
- Competence in troubleshooting mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily maintenance activities for production machinery, tooling, equipment, facility systems, and company vehicles.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance (PM) programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Monitor and schedule repairs for CNC machines, manufacturing equipment, compressors, forklifts, and other production assets.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems.
