Job summary

ALogix Resource Group, LLC is seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead and mentor a team of 10–12 maintenance technicians. This highly visible role will drive new projects for facility expansions and guide equipment placement and upgrades.

The successful candidate will oversee fabrication and CNC machine maintenance, develop standardized preventive maintenance plans, analyze breakdowns, and coordinate with machine operators to prevent issues before they arise.

Qualifications

• Supervises maintenance technicians and mentors a team of 10–12.
• Reads blueprints, schematics, and documentation.
• Troubleshoots and solves problems on the floor.
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication is a plus.
• Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of fabrication and CNC machines, powder coating lines, welding cells, and other equipment.
• Create and standardize preventative maintenance schedules.
• Analyze troubleshooting in machine breakdown situations.
• Highlight faults or damage to machines, guarding, or tooling.
• Utilize a CMMS for efficient maintenance and repair operations.
• Work with operators to identify potential issues before failure.

Seekinga motivated MaintenanceSupervisor to lead and mentor 10-12 Maintenance Technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance of various fabrication and CNC machines, powder coating lines, welding cells, and other equipment
• Work with creating and standardizing preventative maintenance schedules
• Analyze troubleshooting in machine breakdown situations
• Highlighting any faults or damage to the machine, guarding or tooling
• Utilizing a CMMS for enabling efficient maintenance and repair operations
• Working with machine operators to identify potential issues prior to failure

Ideal Experience: Ability to communicate and work well with others

• Experience in Supervisor groups of maintenance techs or other related skill sets
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and documentation
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve on the floor
• Previous experience in sheet metal fabrication a plus
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance
