Job summary

Coalition’s Element Chemicals division seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance teams, enforce safety protocols, and drive reliability across the plant. You will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, coordinate with production, and ensure compliance with engineering and regulatory standards.

The role requires extensive maintenance leadership experience in chemical or industrial environments, strong communication, and a proactive safety mindset, reporting to the VP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of supervision/management experience.
• Experience in chemical, petrochemical, refining, or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to influence across a broad organization.
• Strong technical skills in maintenance and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance department craftspeople and ensure safety compliance.
• Schedule overtime, coordinate callouts, approve vacations.
• Monitor and minimize maintenance over time while supporting production priorities.
• Ensure job completion quality, site cleanliness, and tool/equipment return.
• Respond to injuries and maintain safety records per policy.
• Manage CMMS usage for planning, parts, and work orders.
• Lead preventive/predictive maintenance programs and inspections.
