Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Rothschild, WI site. You will lead the plant maintenance department responsible for repair, maintenance, and installation of equipment in manufacturing operations, driving asset care and process optimization.

The role requires strong experience in preventive maintenance, CMMS/SAP, GMP, and cost management, with leadership to engage teams across shifts. Shift is primarily day, with supervision of afternoon and night teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Food industry knowledge required.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years Supervisory / Management experience strongly preferred.
• Experience implementing/improving Preventative Maintenance programs.
• Strong computer application skills and CMMS familiarity.
• Experience with asset reliability programs a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the plant maintenance department responsible for repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools and equipment in manufacturing operations.
• Manage maintenance department costs and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Drive asset care, process optimization and downtime reduction initiatives.
• Collaborate with Human Resources to address employee issues and ensure engagement.
• Communicate results and action plans to appropriate staff and managers.
• Ensure GMP compliance and a professional site appearance; maintain inventory levels for standard parts.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Oversee shift coverage and coordination between day, afternoon, and night staff.
• Support asset life cycle management and preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
