Job summary

Kerry Group's Rothschild, WI site is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the plant maintenance team responsible for repair, upkeep and installation of equipment in manufacturing operations. The role focuses on asset care, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have 5+ years of maintenance in manufacturing, 3+ years supervisory experience, CMMS/SAP knowledge, and strong electrical/mechanical skills. The position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

CMMS and SAP experience strongly preferred.
Budget tracking, reporting and control.
Degree in Industrial Management or other technical discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the plant maintenance department and manage repair, maintenance and installation of equipment.
Ensure resources are properly allocated and inventories maintained for standard parts.
Maintain GMP compliance and professional appearance of facilities.
Drive employee engagement, training and development.
Collaborate with HR to address employee issues and concerns.
Implement and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Provide technical support for troubleshooting.
Communicate results and action plans to staff and managers.
Initiate cost-saving measures.
Oversee asset life cycle management.
