Job summary

Logoplaste is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join the plant team in Inwood, WV. The role leads the maintenance group, ensures safe operations, and drives preventive maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

The candidate will coordinate with QA Manager and Plant Manager, uphold GMP practices, and maintain parts inventories and equipment reliability to support production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Minimum of five years industrial maintenance mechanic experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe working environment for all employees to ensure an acceptable incident rate.
• Ensure all Lockout procedures are followed.
• Maintain facilities in compliance with guidelines and audits to achieve a superior rating.
• Facilitate strong communication with maintenance personnel to foster a team philosophy.
• Develop and implement training programs for maintenance personnel.
• Ensure Preventive Maintenance (PM) program is adhered to and projects are completed on time.
