Job summary

WestRock Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to plan and schedule materials and machine downtime to keep production equipment available and performing at satisfactory levels. The role is based in the Merchandising Displays - West Chester facility, Ohio.

You will lead a team in preventative and predictive maintenance, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and drive continual improvements while ensuring safety and compliance with plant policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• High school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Schedule materials and machine downtime to maintain production equipment availability and performance.
• Manage day-to-day maintenance of the plant and maintenance systems.
• Support preventative and predictive maintenance programs through analysis, planning, and productivity.
• Participate in budgeting and cost control for maintenance; justify equipment for projects.
