Job summary

Rain Carbon Inc. Lake Charles facility seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead plant maintenance efforts and ensure reliable operation of critical equipment. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee routine and major maintenance, turnarounds, and efficiency improvements while guiding a team of technicians.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background, 3+ years in maintenance or projects, strong budgeting, vendor relations, and CMMS experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• At least three years of related work experience.
• Experience budgeting, bidding, and procurement.
• Experience with vendors/contractors and plant personnel.
• SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) or similar CMMS preferred.
• Knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps and gearboxes.
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and plan maintenance.
• Root cause analysis and reliability experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote safe work practices and prevent OSHA injuries.
• Support environmental permit compliance requirements.
• Manage routine and major maintenance costs within budgets.
• Plan and manage mechanical turnaround work, including budget, schedule and tracking.
• Provide day-to-day direction to Maintenance Technicians.
